day 1: nairobi – masai mara

Depart from Nairobi and journey west towards Maasai Mara, enjoying the scenic views of the Great Rift Valley escarpments. Your first stop will be at a viewpoint to appreciate the valley’s grandeur. The second stop is at Narok for a hot lunch before continuing the journey to the park. The drive will offer diverse landscapes, from Nairobi all the way to Mara. Upon arrival, check in and refresh, followed by an evening game drive to spot wildlife. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Miti Mingi Eco Camp, with comfortable accommodations, hot showers, and buffet meals tailored to your preferences.

day 2: masai mara full day game drive

After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive through Maasai Mara. Enjoy the beautiful savannah grasslands and rolling hills, home to an array of wildlife. Mara is famous for the wildebeest migration, especially between July and September. If lucky, you will spot the Big 5 (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Buffalo, Rhino). The park is also known for its rich birdlife. A picnic lunch will be provided. In the evening, an optional visit to a Maasai village is available for $10 per person. Return to camp for dinner and overnight.

Enjoy breakfast before heading to the Maasai village in Mara for a cultural experience. Afterwards, leave for Nakuru, with lunch en route in Mai Mahiu. During the journey, enjoy the stunning views of Mount Longonot and the distant sight of Lake Naivasha. You may opt for a fun boat ride at Lake Naivasha. Continue to Nakuru and check in to your accommodation. Dinner and overnight stay will be at City Max Hotel, a budget-friendly hotel in the area.

After the game drive, enjoy lunch en route to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, according to your preference.
