5-DAY LAKE MANYARA, SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK, NGORONGORO CRATER, AND TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK BUDGET SAFARI

DAY 1: ARUSHA – LAKE MANYARA

After breakfast at your hotel, meet our driver for a transfer to our office before setting off to Lake Manyara National Park. Upon arrival around 10:00 AM, enjoy a game drive in search of wildlife, including the famous tree-climbing lions and large flocks of flamingos that call this park home. Lake Manyara is a haven for diverse species. After the game drive, we will drive to Panorama Camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2: LAKE MANYARA – SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Following breakfast at the camp, we will depart for Serengeti National Park, a 4-hour drive. Upon arrival at the park’s main gate, we will complete the necessary registration before embarking on an afternoon game drive. Spend at least 6 hours exploring the park and its diverse wildlife. We will continue to Central Serengeti, where you will overnight at Seronera Camp and enjoy dinner.

DAY 3: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK – NGORONGORO CRATER

After an early breakfast, we will head out for another thrilling 6-hour game drive in Serengeti National Park. Here, you will track a wide variety of wildlife, including wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, lions, rhinos, cheetahs, leopards, and more. By midday, we will leave the park and make a stop at Olduvai Gorge (optional, $35 per person). We will arrive at Simba Camp in the Ngorongoro Crater conservancy area for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4: NGORONGORO CRATER – TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast at the camp, we will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. The crater is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, cheetahs, and many more. After enjoying a picnic lunch at the crater rim, we will ascend and head to Tarangire National Park, where we will stay at the Tarangire Public Campsite for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK – ARUSHA

Following breakfast at the camp, we will enjoy a game drive along the Tarangire River, which runs through the park and is a vital water source for wildlife. The park is famous for its large elephant herds and other animals. After a picnic lunch at one of the park’s picnic sites, continue the game drive until the late afternoon. We will then head back to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your hotel.
