DAY 1: ARUSHA TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Begin your journey with a warm welcome and safari briefing in Arusha, then head westward through the Great Rift Valley toward the legendary Serengeti National Park. This 6-hour drive brings you face to face with Tanzania’s stunning countryside, including villages, rolling hills, and endless skies. After a lunch stop en route, you’ll arrive at the park gate and begin your first game drive through Central Serengeti, where acacia-dotted plains teem with wildlife. Keep your camera ready—zebras, lions, elephants, and perhaps even a leopard await. In the evening, arrive at Seronera Camp for dinner and a night under the stars.

DAY 2: FULL DAY GAME VIEWING IN SERENGETI

Wake up to the sounds of nature and prepare for an unforgettable full-day safari across the Serengeti. After breakfast, venture deep into the heart of the park with a packed picnic lunch. Track the famed wildebeest migration (seasonal) and search for the Big Five—lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo, and elephant. Don’t miss a visit to the Grumeti River, often lined with crocodiles and hippos. Enjoy your picnic lunch in a designated bush area before continuing the game drive into the afternoon. Return to camp at sunset for a relaxing evening and dinner.

DAY 3: SERENGETI TO NGORONGORO CRATER CONSERVATION AREA

After breakfast, head out for one last game drive across Serengeti’s vast plains, with a chance to spot predators on the move or catch grazing herds in the morning light. Around midday, begin your journey to the Ngorongoro Crater, pausing for an optional visit to Olduvai Gorge—the famous archaeological site that sheds light on human origins ($35 per person). Arrive at Simba Camp on the crater rim by evening. Enjoy dinner with views over the highlands, as cool mountain air signals a change in ecosystem.

DAY 4: NGORONGORO CRATER TO ARUSHA

Rise early and descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a natural amphitheater brimming with wildlife. Spend the day spotting black rhinos, lions, elephants, flamingos, and possibly a cheetah dashing across the plains. With your guide, explore the crater floor for around 6 hours, including a scenic picnic lunch near a hippo pool. In the afternoon, ascend back to the rim and begin your return journey to Arusha, arriving by early evening—just in time to reflect on your unforgettable safari.
